There will be a special subdivision meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7pm at the Ballwin police department. Here are the meeting notes.

Recent, Current, and Future Projects
Gazebo:
- 2025: Columns replaced
- 2024: Electric upgraded to code and repaired, and the landscape lighting replaced
- 2023: Repainted
- 2022: The sprinkler system was repaired and upgraded
Landscaping:
- 2024: Proven Landscaping removed and replaced 5 trees
- In prior years, Proven mainly cut down dead trees.
Future Plans
The biggest project for this year is to start replacing the posts on the Gazebo. If we have the money available, we will start this process later in the year. We will see what we can afford and possible do one or two posts per year until it is complete. We will also need to replace some trees.
